Members can call or log on to the online medical portal and start the simple scheduling process. Our team will ask you a few questions such as your reason for the visit, preferred pharmacy, etc. You can then decide if you want to talk to a doctor the same day within the next few hours, or you can make a future doctor's appointment like you would with your traditional doctor.

2.Triage and Examination
A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, one of our Care Coordinators will reach out to you and help you through triage and record all your necessary information such as your current symptoms and concerns. Your Care Coordinator will document everything in your Electronic Health Record (EHR), with your most up-to-date information. Your doctor will walk into your scheduled appointment informed and ready.

3.Consult with Physician
At your scheduled time you will be connected with a licensed physician from your state. Once your physician talks to you, they will diagnose you and provide you with an immediate treatment plan. If a prescription is necessary, it's sent to the pharmacy of your choice. The physician will update your EHR immediately after the consultation. You have 24/7 secure access to your EHR through your member portal.
