The standard monthly membership fee of $29.95 per month covers up to four people living in the household, regardless of relationship or citizenship. If a member has more than six people living in the household, there is a small additional monthly fee of $2.50 per person. The household membership includes 6 consultations, total, per month. 1 additional call is allowed per household member that is added in membership status. As a member there is no cost for the consultation or the call. They are included as part of the monthly membership fee After those consultations have been used, any additional consultation will be charged at just $9.95 per session.
Upgrades and Downgrades. You may upgrade or downgrade the level of the Services to which you are subscribing at any time by following the instructions on the site. The upgrade or downgrade shall take effect no later than the date of your next full billing cycle; provided that, CSM is in receipt of a valid credit card number. To cancel, simply log into your account and change your settings to indicate your desire to discontinue your service. Your membership will expire on the last day of the period for which you paid and your credit/debit card will not be charged for the next period. Your information will be retained for seven years. You may choose to come back to us at any time and simply pay the reinstatement fee to have complete access to your portal. To reinstate your membership, log in to your account, pay the applicable $45 reinstatement fee and you will once again join the many members that, every day, save time and money getting their family well the AGORA Telemedicine way!
